Product Return/Exchange
Refund and Exchange Policy
All product returns and
exchanges must be authorized by Onlybatteries.com prior to shipping back your
items. Failure to do so may result in a penalty.
Please e-mail your issue to
techsupport@onlybatteries.com and someone will respond to you with instructions on
returning the products. Please include in your request your order number and
contact information.
We take great care to make
sure that you are 100% satisfied with your product. We are dedicated to
providing you with top quality products. If you have received a defective item
we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Defective Products:
We guarantee our products for a 12 month period
from date of original purchase. We cannot offer a replacement if the product was
abused or physically damaged. All returns are inspected upon receipt of items.
Product
Exchanges:
Please contact us with the
products you want to return and the product you want it to be replaced with.
There will be a charge for the price difference of the products and shipping
back to you.
Product
Returns:
All refunds of products that are in working order
are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will not include the shipping fee paid
for the order. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the
original transaction within 7 business days of receiving your
return.
